Round table on Increasing Effectiveness of International Technical Assistance in Belarus (14 October 2014)

The purpose of the Round table was to analyze the present mechanism of ITA coordination in Belarus; to collect ideas about the Framework agreement between the EC and Belarus and to discuss crucial issues of increasing effectiveness of ITA in terms of the Paris Declaration and the Busan Partnership documents and to start exchange of views about effectiveness of ITA in Belarus.

The Round table was organised by the CDFB project in close cooperation with the NCU, with active participation of the latter.

The event has hosted 73 participants representing the core central pubic administration institutions and regional authorities involved in the EU programmes, CSOs and independent experts plus the EUD representative. The workshop was moderated by Mr Janos Zakonyi, CDFB Project TL.
