Seminar ‘Practical toolbox for EU Funds Project Managers, European Academy for Taxes, Economy and Law, Berlin, 25-27 August 2014.
This training offered possibility to six Belarusian public officials from central and regional public administrations dealing with EU funded programmes and projects to enhance their knowledge on cost-benefit and value analysis, the use of the PCM as methodological instrument for managing EU funded projects. The use of the LFA as a toolbox and process to formulate projects, evaluation methods as the best quality evidence for decision making and drafting of ToR were also among the subjects. Participants of this event perceived this training as a unique opportunity to receive such an extensive set of practical instruments for the daily work. Moreover, it gave a chance to deepen their knowledge on the most important methods and techniques for project planning, management and evaluation.
