Participants from the Belarussian side in the Seminar refreshed knowledge about the huge area of implementation of the Busan commitments at country level, in order to support building up of an evidence-based global high level political dialogue and commitment on effective development cooperation. Representatives of the MFA and MoE and CDFB were prepared to participate. The MoE called off participation before the event.
