Search for Information-Communication Expert

The Capacity Development Facility to support the implementation of sector programmes under the ENPI Annual Action Programmes for Belarus - CDFB EU Project is looking for a junior short-term non-key expert in the information-communication-journalism field.

The short-term expert must be available for 40 days of work in the period of 10 December 2014-31 October 2015. The basic task of the specialist will be to provide support to the CDFB Project staff in implementing information-communication activities and namely tasks related to
• maintenance of the NCU/CDFB website,
• preparation of the content and design of printed publications,
• implementation of the planned visibility actions
according to the Visibility and Communication Action Plan of the CDFB Project.

The required expert must have respective university degree, fluency in English and Russian, excellent writing and communication skills together with computer literacy; minimum 3 years of general professional experience and a minimum of 3 years of specific working experience in the field of information, communication and visibility activities. Experience in the field of EU-related visibility and communication requirements and activities would be an advantage. Similarly experience regarding public administration in Belarus would also be appreciated.

The assignment will be implemented on a part-time basis with a required minimum of 3 hours’ work for the Project on the to be agreed  dates.
